Do I need to link my account for everything?
Yes for balance/orders/shop/downloads — the bot needs to know which ZakGT account you are. /track is the one exception; it works without linking.
Is @ZakgtBot the same as the AI chat bot?
No — @ZakgtBot handles your account, shop, and downloads. ZakGT AI is a separate assistant surface. Both are official ZakGT services, just different jobs.
My command didn’t work — what do I check first?
Make sure you've run /link at least once. Most command failures are an unlinked account, not a bug.
Can I use the bot without buying anything?
/start, /link, /balance, /help, and /track all work for free — only /checkout, /subscribe, and /dbuy involve spending coins.
