• Account Info: Username, email, password (hashed)
• Device Info: Hardware fingerprint for license binding
• Usage Data: Login times, tool usage, API interactions
• Payment Data: Processed by Stripe — we do not store card details

• Validate tool licenses and prevent piracy
• Process coin purchases and transactions
• Improve platform performance and user experience
• Detect and prevent fraud or abuse

3. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including encrypted communications (TLS), hashed passwords (bcrypt), HMAC-signed API requests, and device fingerprinting. Our server runs on Google Cloud Run with automatic scaling and built-in DDoS protection.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with:

• Stripe: For payment processing
• Google Cloud: Infrastructure hosting
• Law enforcement: Only when legally required

5. Data Retention

Account data is retained as long as your account is active. If you request account deletion, we will remove your personal data within 30 days. Transaction records may be retained for legal and accounting purposes.

6. Cookies & Similar Technologies

ZakGT uses cookies and similar browser storage (localStorage, sessionStorage) for the following purposes:

• Essential cookies: authentication, session management, CSRF protection. These are required for the site to work and cannot be disabled.
• Analytics cookies (Google Analytics 4): we use GA4 to understand how visitors use the site so we can improve it. GA4 sets first-party cookies (_ga, _ga_*) that expire after up to 2 years. We have configured GA4 with IP anonymization enabled.
