Refund Policy

1. Scope
This policy applies to purchases of the ZakGT Hostapp software license (the desktop application bundle โ video editor, photo editor, downloader hub, and AI tools โ sold as one-time or subscription licenses) made through our payment partner Paddle. It does not apply to ZakGT Coins, which are governed separately by our Terms of Service (coin purchases are non-refundable, as coins are a virtual in-platform currency, not software).
2. 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with your ZakGT Hostapp license, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your original purchase date, no detailed justification required. This applies to both one-time lifetime licenses and the first billing cycle of a subscription.
3. Subscriptions
Recurring subscription licenses can be cancelled at any time; cancellation stops future billing but does not itself trigger a refund of the current billing period unless it falls within the 14-day window above. Renewal charges after the first cycle are final.
4. Exclusions
- Requests made after the 14-day window has passed
- Licenses revoked for Terms of Service violations (Section 6 & 7 of our Terms)
- Suspected fraud or chargeback abuse
5. How to Request a Refund
Email [email protected] with your Paddle order/receipt reference. Approved refunds are processed by Paddle back to your original payment method, typically within 5โ10 business days.
6. Payment Processor
ZakGT Hostapp sales are processed by Paddle.com, our authorized reseller and merchant of record. Paddle handles billing, tax, and payment disputes on our behalf.
