Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using ZakGT ("the Platform"), including the Host App, Mobile App, website, and all related services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use our services.

2. Account Registration

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities under your account. One account per person — multiple accounts may result in suspension.

4. Licenses & Tools

Tool licenses are granted for personal use only. Sharing, reselling, or distributing licenses is prohibited. Licenses are time-limited and bound to a single device via hardware fingerprinting. Tampering with license validation or anti-cheat systems will result in permanent ban.

5. Live Commerce

Sellers must be approved before streaming. All products sold through live commerce must be legitimate and accurately described. ZakGT acts as a marketplace facilitator and is not responsible for product quality or delivery disputes between buyers and sellers.

6. Prohibited Activities

• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or modifying ZakGT software
• Using tools for malicious purposes or violating game terms of service
• Attempting to bypass security, anti-cheat, or license validation
• Creating multiple accounts or sharing account credentials
• Fraudulent transactions or chargeback abuse

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, all licenses are revoked and remaining coin balance is forfeited.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

ZakGT and its services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. You use ZakGT at your sole risk.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ZakGT and its founder shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of profits, data, or goodwill — arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to ZakGT in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Cambodia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of ZakGT shall first be attempted to be resolved amicably by contacting us at [email protected].

If a dispute cannot be resolved within 30 days of written notice, it shall be submitted to the competent courts of Phnom Penh, Cambodia. Users in jurisdictions that do not allow exclusion of certain warranties or limitation of liability may have additional rights under local law.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date at the top of this page and, for material changes, notify registered users by email or in-app notification. Your continued use of ZakGT after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
