How to Pay with QR ZakGT
- 1Open Top-Up: From your wallet, choose "Top Up" and pick an amount.
- 2Choose QR ZakGT: Select QR ZakGT from the payment method list โ youโll see a QR code labeled "Pay to ZAKGT."
- 3Scan and pay: Scan it with your banking app and confirm the payment for the exact amount shown.
- 4Wait a few seconds: ZakGT detects the payment automatically and credits your coins โ no further action needed.
- 5Check your balance: Your wallet updates on its own. If coins donโt appear within a couple of minutes, contact support with your payment time and amount.
How to Pay with KHQR / ABA Bank Transfer
- 1Open Top-Up: From your wallet, choose "Top Up" and pick KHQR or ABA Bank as the method.
- 2Scan and pay: Scan the bank QR code with your banking app (e.g. ABA Mobile) and complete the transfer.
- 3Submit your claim: Back in ZakGT, submit a payment claim with your transfer reference so support can find it on the bank statement.
- 4Wait for admin review: An admin checks the real bank record against your claim โ this is a manual step, so it isnโt instant.
- 5Youโre notified: Once approved, coins are credited and you get a confirmation email.
FAQ
Why isnโt QR ZakGT instant for me?
QR ZakGT works for the amounts and regions itโs configured for. If itโs unavailable at checkout, use KHQR/ABA instead โ same coins, just a manual review step.
I paid with QR ZakGT but coins didnโt arrive โ what now?
Wait a couple of minutes first (matching happens automatically). If still nothing, contact support with the exact time and amount paid โ do not pay again.
Is one method cheaper than the other?
No โ both credit coins at the same fixed rate (1 Coin = 1 USD = 4,000 KHR). The only difference is speed.
Can I switch methods mid-payment?
Yes โ just start a new top-up and pick the other method. Nothing from an abandoned attempt is charged.
